1. Browse products online

First, you can open our website or mobile app specially built for international customers. When you enter the product page, you will see a wide range of printer consumables. If you know the brand and model of your printer, you can quickly filter out the suitable consumables by entering the relevant information in the search bar; if you are not sure, you can also search by consumable type, such as ink cartridges, toner cartridges, ribbons, etc. Each product display page has a detailed introduction, high-definition pictures so that you can clearly see the product appearance, technical specifications to help you understand the product performance, and compatibility information with other products.

2. Send an inquiry

When you find a product that you are interested in, you can send an inquiry through our online platform. The inquiry form is simple. Just fill in your company name, contact information, specific products of interest, quantity required, and any special requirements or questions you may have. After submission, our system will immediately transfer your inquiry to the sales team to ensure that you get a response as soon as possible.

3. Salesman follow-up

Our experienced sales team is familiar with international trade business and will take action within a few hours of receiving your inquiry. A dedicated salesperson will be responsible for following up your inquiry. The salesperson will first carefully review the information you provide, and then contact you by email, phone or instant messaging according to your preferred contact method. 4. Confirm the demand and place an order

When both you and us agree on the product details, price, delivery terms, etc., you can officially place an order. Our salesperson will prepare a detailed pro forma invoice for you, which contains all the agreed information, such as product description, quantity, unit price, total price, and transportation terms (such as FOB, CIF). You will carefully review it. At the same time, according to the agreed payment method, you may need to pay a certain percentage of the order amount as a prepayment.

5. Shipping

After we receive your order confirmation and prepayment (if necessary), the logistics team will start working immediately. 6. Receiving the goods

When the goods arrive at the destination port or airport, you are responsible for completing the customs clearance procedures. After customs clearance, the goods will be delivered to your designated location. When you receive the goods, you should carefully inspect them.
