Q1:Are you a trading company or a manufaturer?
A:We are a professional manufacturer with a history of nearly 20 years.
Q2: My pages have lines or dots down them. Is this the cartridge or the printer causing the problem?
A. The quickest way to determine whether an image defect is a cartridge or printer related is to replace the cartridge. If you have two of the same model printer you can swap the cartridges around. If the problem follows the cartridge then you know it is a cartridge problem. If the problem stays with the printer, despite what cartridge is fitted, then it's a printer problem.
Q3:How do you guarantee the product quality?
A:Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for checking details with customers. During the production and packing, there will be professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the products in good quality and correct details.
Q4: What's your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: Generally our MOQ is no limited. Please have more discussion with us .
Q5:Can you support our own brand or logo on your products ?

Q6:How long does it usually take you to make delivery after we place an order?
